As an essential service provider we feel a responsibility to deliver safe and reliable service to our customers. During times like these our customers need us more than ever and we are here to help. Customers should use self-service or contact PGE Customer Service to help with payment arrangements. For the time being we have suspended disconnects and late fees.
What PGE is doing:
- We are suspending service disconnects and late fees.
- This disconnection and late fee moratorium is for all (residential and nonresidential) customers.
- We are stopping disconnects for non-payment and waiving late pay fees for all customers – not just ones at risk for disconnection.
