This year’s theme, “Building Tigard’s Next Chapter: Turning Vision Into Action” goes beyond ideas and plans and examines where we can take action. Join us for a presentation from the City of Tigard on the new and first ever Tigard Economic Development Strategic Plan, Regional Economic Forecast, and our annual Workforce Development and Education presentation from WorkSystems. Following lunch we will have a panel on local and regional transportation needs and what the future looks like for commuters, and we will end the day with a panel on Main Streets, Tourism, and the Development of Business Districts and a message from the Tigard Area Chamber of Commerce.
