Maddie Bauer Named 2024 Tigard Chamber Young Professional of the Year

Maddie Bauer Community Engagement Coordinator for the Tigard Police Department, has been named the 2024 Tigard Chamber Young Professional of the Year.

This award recognizes and celebrates the accomplishments of a highly motivated, emerging professional of the Tigard Chamber Community. They or their employer must be an active and involved Member of the Tigard Chamber. They must demonstrate excellence in their field, creativity, and show initiative within their company, profession and/ or the Tigard Community. They must be between the ages of 18 to 40 years old.

Maddie Bauer is a perfect example of all the above. Ever since she started with the Tigard Police Department it feels like Partnership has been her middle name. She has developed many strategic partnerships through her role. Beyond that she has volunteered her time for many organizations including Leadership Tigard, where she played a pivotal role in the class project to successfully help feed and nurture families through their Summer Send Off Program. She has formed strong relationships with strategic partners and Tigard Chamber businesses to not only help her in her role at the Tigard Police Department, but to help the community of Tigard grow as well. She is a champion for cultivating community, and she has wonderful ideas and impeccable follow through.
