Megan has a strong passion of serving her local community through her role as CEO of the Tigard Chamber of Commerce.

Megan is a servant leader with over 30 years of local community volunteerism under her belt. Professionally, she has successfully helped business owners and nonprofit organizations increase their profits and achieve their goals without losing their minds.  She is both a skilled CEO, COO and Marketing Strategist with over twenty five years of experience running successful sales and marketing campaigns for hundreds of national, regional, and local brands and nonprofits in Washington County. 

At the Tigard Chamber, Megan has been a member for over 15 years with her family business, Edge One Media.  She has served as a volunteer for the Tigard Chamber in many capacities starting as an Ambassador, then moving on to Ambassador Chair for two terms, Board Member, two terms as Board Chair, and was the Past Board Chair and a member of the Executive Board of Directors serving an extended term of 3 years as both.

She has been awarded Ambassador of the Year, Volunteer of the Year for two consecutive years, Young Professional of the Year, the CEO Shooting Star of the Year, and her business with her husband Nicholas Edge One Media was 2019 recipient of Business of the Year.

Megan is serving her role with the Tigard Chamber in a Full-Time capacity. She remains co-owner of Edge One Media a local Marketing Agency in here Tigard celebrating it’s 21st year in business.   

In her free time, Megan embraces her role as the mother of two beautiful children, enjoying the many adventures and quiet moments spent with them, her husband, and cherished friends. She’s a Dance and Theatre Mom, a Football Mom, and a proud pet parent to a Doodle pup. She finds joy in shared passions, being an enthusiastic reader, dedicated writer, and a lover of the theatre and arts. You will most likely bump into her at local events, fundraisers, and out shopping local here in Washington County.

Ainsley Adams

Ainsley is delighted to be working with all of our members at the Tigard Chamber of Commerce and the Tigard Community at large. 

She was born and raised in the Portland Metro area. After graduating from Beaverton High School, Ainsley went to Pennsylvania State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Political Science. In the past, she has worked in non-profit communications and public relations for non-profits. In this role, Ainsley loves interacting with members and helping them move their business or organization forward.

Ainsley grew up dancing and still tap dances to this day. She loves everything performing arts! Her favorite time of year is any time Penn State Football is on. On her days off, she enjoys spending time outside hiking or walking, reading a good book, or watching anything on Bravo.

Ashleigh Yost

Ashleigh is driven by a strong commitment to fostering connections and is dedicated to supporting and uplifting local communities.

She has nearly two decades of experience in communications, business strategy, marketing, branding, event planning and coordination, fundraising and other aspects of philanthropy.

Ashleigh kickstarted her career with a small, locally-owned company in the natural foods industry before committing herself to the business community at the Santa Barbara Downtown Organization. She contributed to the successful launch and opening of the Santa Barbara Public Market, helping to promote a unique community hub that elevated local purveyors. She also supported alumni engagement efforts to foster lasting connections between students and graduates at a California State University Alumni Association. Most recently, Ashleigh played a key role in distributing millions of dollars to underserved communities and hundreds of nonprofit organizations while working at a large community bank. In addition to work, Ashleigh has dedicated her time and talents to the nonprofit sector.

Ashleigh comes to us from California, where after graduating from California State University Channel Islands in Ventura County with a Bachelor of Science in Business, she had a successful and varied career. She is thrilled to bring her skills and experience to her part-time Administrative Assistant role at the Tigard Chamber of Commerce.

In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys outdoor adventures, community events, wine tasting, sports, and discovering all that Oregon has to offer with her husband and two daughters.

Melissa Endicott

Melissa has been serving her local community as Market Manager since 2024 and is passionate about creating a vibrant, welcoming space that connects local farmers, artisans, and neighbors while supporting small businesses.

Originally from the Seattle area, Melissa has been a long-time Tigard resident and brings over 30 years of professional experience from her work at Portland State University. Her background in organization, communication, and community engagement supports her work in helping the market thrive each season.

Melissa loves traveling, reading, watching movies, volunteering, and all things Disney with her husband and two children.
