Megan has a strong passion of serving her local community through her role as CEO of the Tigard Chamber of Commerce.

Megan is a servant leader with over 30 years of local community volunteerism under her belt. Professionally, she has successfully helped business owners and nonprofit organizations increase their profits and achieve their goals without losing their minds.  She is both a skilled CEO, COO and Marketing Strategist with over twenty five years of experience running successful sales and marketing campaigns for hundreds of national, regional, and local brands and nonprofits in Washington County. 

At the Tigard Chamber, Megan has been a member for over 15 years with her family business, Edge One Media.  She has served as a volunteer for the Tigard Chamber in many capacities starting as an Ambassador, then moving on to Ambassador Chair for two terms, Board Member, two terms as Board Chair, and was the Past Board Chair and a member of the Executive Board of Directors serving an extended term of 3 years as both.

She has been awarded Ambassador of the Year, Volunteer of the Year for two consecutive years, Young Professional of the Year, the CEO Shooting Star of the Year, and her business with her husband Nicholas Edge One Media was 2019 recipient of Business of the Year.

Megan is serving her role with the Tigard Chamber in a Full-Time capacity. She remains co-owner of Edge One Media a local Marketing Agency in here Tigard celebrating it’s 21st year in business.   

In her free time, Megan embraces her role as the mother of two beautiful children, enjoying the many adventures and quiet moments spent with them, her husband, and cherished friends. She’s a Dance and Theatre Mom, a Football Mom, and a proud pet parent to a Doodle pup. She finds joy in shared passions, being an enthusiastic reader, dedicated writer, and a lover of the theatre and arts. You will most likely bump into her at local events, fundraisers, and out shopping local here in Washington County.

Administrative Assistant and Events Coordinator

Makenna is excited to serve our community at the Tigard Chamber of Commerce as our Administrative Assistant and Events Coordinator.

Makenna was born and raised in Burien Washington and attended Bushnell University in Eugene, Oregon. There she played soccer for the University and received her Bachelor of Business. Moving to the Portland area in July 2023. Over the years she has developed a passion for bringing people together in the community. In her previous work, she helped coordinate small- and large-scale events for her soccer teams as well as in the classroom. As an Events Coordinator, she finds joy in turning visions into reality and ensuring every detail contributes to a seamless and memorable occasion.

Whether she is cheering for any Washington sports team or getting involved in the game herself as a youth soccer coach, she loves all sports. You can catch her trying all the cozy coffee shops around and to trying new blends, she appreciates a well-crafted cup.  When she isn’t on the field or in coffee shops, she is exploring her new home city of Portland and our local community of Tigard.

Ainsley Adams
Membership Engagement Coordinator

Ainsley is delighted to be working with all of our members at the Tigard Chamber of Commerce and the Tigard Community at large. 

She was born and raised in the Portland Metro area. After graduating from Beaverton High School, Ainsley went to Pennsylvania State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Political Science. In the past, she has worked in non-profit communications and public relations for non-profits. In this role, Ainsley loves interacting with members and helping them move their business or organization forward.

Ainsley grew up dancing and still tap dances to this day. She loves everything performing arts! Her favorite time of year is any time Penn State Football is on. On her days off, she enjoys spending time outside hiking or walking, reading a good book, or watching anything on Bravo.
