NJW Property Management LLC joined the Tigard Chamber of Commerce in June of 2016. The chamber has helped their business by providing a network of people that they can rely on to do business with, refer to their customers if they need something, and provide a place to ask questions. They also learn about the cities they work in and how they can help them succeed. 

They are a full-service property management company that has been in business for 9 and a half years. They provide a holistic approach to managing single and smaller multi-family homes. They work with their property owners and their tenants to provide the best experience possible for both parties. During the pandemic they have adjusted how they do business to make it safe for their clients and team members. One adjustment they made was transitioning to online meetings with people as well as providing video walk throughs with applicants if necessary. 

Overall, they take the guesswork out of having an investment property. They stay up-to-date on new laws and guidelines by going to continuing education for their property owners so they do not have to.

Member Monday: DispatchHealth


DispatchHealth joined the chamber back in 2019. They wanted help with making connections with local partners that love our community and, like DispatchHealth, want to make it an incredible place to live. 

DispatchHealth provides at-home urgent care to the Portland Metro area. They started providing at-home medical care in 2013 and then expanded to the Portland Metro area in 2019. Their goal is to create an integrated, convenient, high touch care delivery solution that extends the capabilities of a patient’s care team and provides definitive, quality care in the home while decreasing costs.

An interesting fact about DispatchHealth is that they can perform 80% of what an ER can do, all without the you having to leave your home.

With them being a medical service and just opening before the pandemic, their team had to truly jump into action to help our community during the pandemic. They have been testing and treating Covid-19 in patients’ homes on top of assisting with other non life-threatening emergencies. 

Their service is largely beneficial to elderly and disabled individuals that struggle with transportation, or those who are unable to secure an appointment. Many people of all backgrounds have enjoyed their service through the pandemic since they allow them to avoid exposure in waiting rooms, and they can skip the line while enjoying the comforts of home.

Hiring In A Tight Labor Market

One Event, Two Panel Discussions to Support Businesses Struggling to Hire Staff
Wednesday, October 6, 2021, 8am – 9:30am

The Washington County Chambers of Commerce Partnership (WCCCP), which includes all nine chambers of commerce in Washington County, are excited to host “Hiring in a Tight Labor Market; One Event, Two Panel Discussions” to assist businesses struggling to hire employees.

The event will take place virtually on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, from 8am – 9:30am. Panelists will remain available until 10am to field questions from any participants wishing to seek guidance about their specific hiring challenges. The event is free to all employers who register in advance at

The first panel presentation will focus on mandated vaccinations, flexible workplaces, and other issues related to retaining the incumbent workforce. Panelists include Vantage Point HR Principal Consultant Tom Engel out of Beaverton and Eric Postma, an employment attorney with Bittner & Hahs, PC.

The second panel will discuss how businesses can stand out and become an employer of choice by differentiating job opportunities and streamlining the recruiting and hiring process. Panelists include Ashley Hill, CEO of Arnell Recruiting Services out of Hillsboro and Robert Knight, owner of Express Professionals in Tualatin.

“In an unprecedented labor market, businesses have to rethink their hiring practices in order to compete,” said WCCCP Chair Kevin Ferrasci O’Malley, CEO of the Wilsonville Chamber of Commerce. “Beyond raising wages, employers must be more efficient in how they recruit and respond to applicants while also addressing potential employee concerns about working in a COVID-19 world. This panel discussion will help businesses identify how they can improve in these areas.”

Member Monday: Summerfield Golf Course


Member: Summerfield Golf Course

Member of the Chamber since 2009! They appreciate the exposure they get to the community. 

They have been open for 47 years. They are ticked into the beautiful, tranquil community of Summerfield. The course offers immaculate greens and lush fairways. Each hole has two sets of tees, whether for different skill levels or 18-hole play. 

Their golf shop is located on the lower level, east end of the Summerfield Clubhouse. 

An interesting fact about them is that you can easily fit in a quick two hour round of golf with their nine-hole course. It is also great for families too! 

During the pandemic, golf was and is a safe activity to do with families and friends. They have taken all the necessary safety protocols to keep their golfers safe. 

Golf is a great activity because it is a stress relief, entertainment, quality time with family and friends, and is economical.
