Live Theatre
Broadway Rose Theatre Company has been entertaining audiences with big Broadway musicals, comedies, and revues since 1992 and is proud to be Oregon’s premier musical theater company.
Broadway Rose’s mission is to create unparalleled musical theater experiences that invigorate audiences and enrich our communities. The company offers six main stage shows, two children’s theater productions, and a teen workshop production each year. In addition, Broadway Rose boasts excellent educational outreach programming including drama camps, technical internships, and original educational musicals in partnership with the Tigard/Tualatin School District.

Community Theater
Mask & Mirror Community Theatre is a 501(c)3 non-profit, all-volunteer performing company now in its 3rd season of presenting high quality and affordable (no tickets are more than $12) live theatre to the citizens of Tigard and Tualatin. Want an upscale, movie and dining combo? Check out Cinetopia Progress Ridge 14, just outside of Tigard.
Closer to home, Tigard has three local movie theater locations, encompassing 30 theaters within them, giving locals and visitors lots of options for movie selections. Regal Cinemas at Bridgeport Village includes 18 theaters and IMAX. Regal Cinemas of Tigard contains 11 theaters and Joy Theater in Tigard is one of the original movie theaters in Tigard and has been upgraded to include food and beer/wine options with your movie.

Art in the Burbs
Local Artists and the Foundation for Tigard Tualatin Schools come together over a weekend in October for an art festival with original works from over 75 juried artists available for sale. The Foundation’s Art in the Burbs brings a diverse range of art. Explore the juried artist page on the Foundation for Tigard Tualatin Schools at www.artintheburbs.org/index.html. A highlight – you will be awed by talented Tigard-Tualatin students as you stroll through the student art gallery and entertained by student musicians performing throughout the weekend.
20% of artist sales will be applied to support performing and fine art programs in all Tigard-Tualatin schools (elementary, middle and high school). Funds are distributed through the Art in the Burbs Grant program at The Foundation for Tigard Tualatin Schools’.
Celebrate the Gifts Art Festival hosted by Calvin Presbyterian
Calvin’s annual Celebrate the Gifts Art Festival brings together the work of over 60 local artists for an indoor sale and juried show of great variety. Calvin Presbyterian Church will use all of the proceeds to benefit the Local Mission projects.
Every year during the first weekend of October, Calvin Presbyterian Church proudly hosts the Celebrate the Gifts Art Festival. The juried fine arts sale has expanded into an all weekend event. Art covers a broad cross section of media including Paintings, Prints, Ceramics, Fiber art, Jewelry, Glass art, Garden art, Photography, Pottery and much, much more.

Explore Downtown Tigard Art Walk
Every spring the Tigard Downtown Alliance hosts the Explore Downtown Tigard Art Walk. During this event participating downtown business will have art on display for viewing, artists will be doing live art displays and art will be for sale.
